Gideon Moi, Mudavadi, Wetangula and Kalonzo form new political alliance

A sacred union - Kalonzo

Four party leaders have announced the formation of a new political alliance in Kenya ahead of the 2022 General Election.

Former Vice Presidents Kalonzo Musyoka (Wiper), Musalia Mudavadi (ANC) and Senators Moses Wetangula (Ford-Kenya), Gideon Moi (KANU) announced that they had come together with President Uhuru Kenyatta (Jubilee) to form the One Kenya Alliance.

During a presser from the Serena Hotel in Nairobi, the Wiper party leader termed it as a "sacred union".

We are forging solid partnerships with leaders with whom we share a vision for a peaceful, united, secure, and prosperous nation.

Kalonzo conveyed: "One Kenya Alliance will not field candidates in the Garissa senatorial contest, Juja and Bonchari. We shall support the Jubilee candidates in those regions."

Today, marks the beginning of our resolve to traverse the entire country and reach out to all Kenyans with the aim of rolling out our vision for a united and secure nation where every Kenyan has an equal opportunity to prosper.
