During the election period, many ladies were fascinated by the youthful IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba and they even nicknamed him Chilobae.
But for Ezra, the sudden gush of attention is very puzzling to him.
“The question I keep asking myself is, “Where did that come from?” I’ve been in town for the last two and a half years and nobody has paid me a passing glance. I’m not the type of guy who goes out searching for fame. I just focus on my job. This is some sort of brief national infatuation. On the flip side, it’s a good thing because it drew attention to elections with the younger demographic. They paid attention.” He revealed to Business Daily.
And so how does his wife feel now that Chiloba is considered one of the most eligible young men right now?

Well, he doesn’t know how his wife feels since she hasn’t spoken about how she feels about the sudden interest in her husband. She has seen the memes and the saucy messages but she has paid them no mind.
“Of course she reads these things but I don’t know how she takes them. But for us, the challenge has been much bigger than all these: to ensure that we are safe amidst these love-hate encounters.” He said during an interview with the newspaper.
Talking of love hate encounters the IEBC CEO revealed that his inbox has over 5000 messages both good and threatening and maybe that is why they want to make sure that his family is safe.
