On Thursday, however, the mystery came to an end after Perry Mansukhn Kasangara, who is also the Managing Director of Kensalt Limited was arrested in Nakuru.

Mansukhn was arrested alongside three others including General Manager of Patel Coffee Estates Limited Vinoj Kumar after they surrendered themselves.

They are currently being held at Naivasha DCI.

The apprehension comes a day after Director of Public Prosecution Noordin Haji issued the orders.

On Wednesday, Haji approved manslaughter charged filed against the dam owner after 47 people were killed during the tragedy.
