In a relationship, it can often feel as though your partner isnt listening to you, dismisses what you have to say or fails to heed to instructions.

Take a bath. Go for a walk. Cuddle with the family pet. Whatever is hiking your anxiety will calm right down.
4. Take in the positives
Focus on the things you and your partner have managed to do right. The fact that you have good health, a partner to nag at.
5. Do it yourself
As the saying goes, if you want it done properly, do it yourself.
