It's a new popping video, natch. In the latest Instagram clip, Dr. Pimple Popper helps a patient with a surprising lipoma.

This is no ordinary lipoma, folks. It's grown on his arm, and there's much more to it than first meets the eye. In Dr. Pimple Popper 's caption, she makes it seem like all the juicy content is gated: "NEW lipomas up on All Access! #LINKINBIO for this exclusive! #drpimplepopper" But, there's plenty of satisfying popping action in the short clip. The video begins with Dr. Pimple Popper working her way through the usual lipoma-removal technique. She's already sliced into the skin over the bump. Next, the doc cleans up around the lipoma so her patient can get a clear view. It's bleeding a lot, but she keeps it under control.

Once she does, all that's left to do is squeeze. Her patient and all the fans at home are watching closely, but Dr. Pimple Popper is used to pressure. The lipoma, however, can't handle it. The lipoma pops right out with a stream of blood in its wake. Still unfazed, Dr. Pimple Popper mops it all up and frees the lipoma.
