Leading carbonated soft drink company Coca-Cola has unveiled a promotion dubbed ‘Changamkia Mamilli na Coca-Cola’ to reward loyal consumers.
The promotion launched on Monday will for each week see one lucky customer win Sh1 million in the ‘Under the Crown’ promotion that will run for twelve weeks starting today to 22 August 2017.
There will also be daily winners of cash from a minimum of Kshs50 to Kshs5, 000 or 15 free SMS and 15 Safaricom Mbs.
Speaking during the launch, Lucy Oduor, Marketing Manager Kenya, Coca-Cola said, “As a brand, we hold our consumers with high esteem because they play an integral role to us as a business and we always seek to fulfill their needs by providing quality products. We are using a reward system to appreciate customers for their loyalty.”
The products that are part of this promotion include; Coca-Cola, Fanta and Sprite identifiable by a yellow crown available at all local retail outlets countrywide.
To participate, consumers must purchase 200ml, 300ml or 500ml returnable glass bottles of Coca-Cola, Fanta or Sprite and check under the yellow crowns for an eight-digit alphanumeric code. They will then send an SMS with the code to the short-code number 40111.
Some of the past successful promotional campaigns undertaken by The Coca-Cola Company include ‘Chotaa Chapa’ and ‘Under the Crown Promotion’ during Coke Studio Africa which entailed participants winning Safaricom Data and SMS bundles among other prizes.
