7 daily habits that are killing your sex drive
Some habits are seemingly harmless but they end up affecting you in one way or another.
For instance, did you know that some things you do every day could be slowly killing your sex drive? Below are some daily routines that ruin your sex drive:
1. Overeating
When you eat too much, your weight suffers and your overall health is at risk. But that’s not all. Once you become obese, your sex drive goes down as well.
2. Not sleeping enough
How many hours do you sleep every day? Experts recommend sleeping for not less than seven hours every day. First, inadequate sleep affects your hormones leading to a decrease in sexual drive. Secondly, your body does not get enough rest and arousal thus becomes difficult.

3. Not exercising
Exercise allows blood to flow to all body parts including your private parts. So, if you do not exercise regularly, blood will not sufficiently flow to your private parts thus affecting your sex drive. Also, failure to exercise may lead to being overweight which is a common cause of reduced sexual drive.
4. Over exercising
Too much of anything is poisonous, including exercise. While it’s healthy to visit the gym as often as possible, too much of the high intensity workouts affects your sex drive. This is because overdoing it makes you mentally and physically tired thus affecting your sexual urge.
5. Too much porn
Sexual anorexia is the inability to perform sexually after watching too much porn. Huh? Well, research has it that men who frequently watched porn on a daily basis starting from their teenage years decreased their libido with time.

6. Smoking
Smoking damages the blood vessels thus affecting blood circulation. Several studies have also shown a close relationship between smoking and decreased sex drive.
7. Late night dinner
Eating late dinner not only affects your weight but also your sexual health. When you get to bed on a full stomach, your body will be focused more on digesting the meals and you will therefore will not be in the mood of getting intimate.
